Bespoke Boutique NZ is a New Zealand manufacturer, printer, owned and operated business under Bow Wow Boutique NZ.
Privacy
At Bespoke Boutique NZ we take your privacy seriously, we will only use the personal information you provide us to process your order. When you place an order with us your name, address, phone number and email address will be required. This is collected by PayPal or eWAY, along with your credit card details at checkout and will only be used to process your order. This information will not be provided to a third party and won’t be stored by Bespoke Boutique NZ, PayPal or eWAY.
Payment
We will make your product/s as soon as we have received payment in full for your order and aim to send your purchase within 72hours (if this isn't possible we will notify you).
Once you have successfully checked out and made your payment an automatic email will be sent to you confirming that we have received details of your order.
We trust eWAY (for domestic) and PayPal (for international) for all our credit card transactions. eWAY accepts Visa and Mastercard and Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
eWAY uses Military grade protection – all of your credit card data is secured with military-grade software and servers, and the very highest level of encryption available.
PayPal automatically encrypts your information using a Secure Sockets Layer, which has an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
This means that when you purchase from us your payment is as safe as possible.
Availability
Please note that at Bespoke Boutique NZ we strive to ensure that all our products on the website are in stock and ready to be made, but there may be items which are limited editions or times when due to demand, items will be unavailable (or products are on back-order).
If this occurs you will be notified by Bespoke Boutique NZ and advised of the likely length of delay or other product alternatives. You can choose to make payment for the purchase in advance to ensure you have priority of receiving the item, or you can cancel your order and you will be refunded in full.
Pricing
All prices on the Bespoke Boutique NZ website are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 15%. You will be charged in NZD.
Delivery charges are in addition to the stated price. At Bespoke Boutique NZ we may need to change the price of items on the website without notice. No such changes in price will apply to orders made, which will be honoured at the price displayed on the site when the order is received.
Risk
Risk for your purchase passes to you on delivery of the product or evidence of delivery to you. Only damage to the product prior to delivery is the responsibility of Bespoke Boutique NZ. If any purchases get "lost" during delivery we will do everything in our power to find out what happened/where it is through contacting NZ Post.
Delivery Policy
NZ Post is responsible for delivering your package in an acceptable timeframe (1-5 working days for NZ deliveries & 5 - 25 working days of Overseas Deliveries). Due to the current Covid Situation may delay delivery times. NZ Post is responsible for your package once it has been scanned into their system.
Please use the tracking number we have sent you in the shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel if you're concerned about it. Tracking can be done here: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking
If you need to follow up on a delivery please contact NZ Post (In NZ: 0800 501 501 or Overseas: +64 9 977 0102) directly first, they will be able to help you once it's in their system.
Sales
Every now and again we will have products on sale. In order to get the benefit of the sale you must place your order with us prior to the sale ending. In addition we do not take rainchecks.
Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged. However if the sale product is faulty or damaged then we will refund your purchase (see our T & C’s below regarding faulty or damaged products).
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer Returns or Refunds except in the case of defective product.
In the case of defective product, please get in touch with us with 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at alex@bespokeboutique.nz. If your return is accepted, Returning the product to Bespoke Boutique NZ will be at your cost unless discussed privately. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
If you have purchased the wrong product or want to cancel your order please contact us immediately, if we haven't already begun making the product you will either be able to change the design or get a full refund. If we have begun the manufacturing process you may be entitled to change the design or get a full refund at our discretion.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We take every care to ensure your purchase leaves Bespoke Boutique NZ in the best condition. If for some reason your purchase is faulty when you receive it please make contact with us as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after delivery of the goods (or evidence of delivery).
If your purchase has been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible (and no later than 7 days after delivery of the goods). When you contact us please provide photographs of the damage so that we can lodge a claim with the courier company (only available in NZ).
If more than 7 days have passed and you have not notified us in writing of the faulty or damaged item then we can’t offer you a refund.
In order to return your faulty or damaged goods we require you to:

Notify us in writing at alex@bespokeboutique.nz of the fault or damage

Provide us with proof of purchase

Return the faulty or damaged item to Bespoke Boutique NZ using a courier company (we will provide you with the address via email)

Deliver the product back to Bespoke Boutique NZ within 14 days of your notification
Upon receipt and verification that the item is faulty or damaged (through no fault of yours) Bespoke Boutique will either replace or refund your purchase (including the original cost of shipping) along with the reasonable costs of shipping the item back to Bespoke Boutique NZ.
The Fine Print
We reserve the right to make changes to the website or the Terms and Conditions, without notice. By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions and policies stated in our Terms and Conditions.
The Bespoke Boutique NZ website is governed by New Zealand law, and subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Bespoke Boutique NZs product shall not be purchased for resale, nor copied, reproduced, or duplicated. You shall not use Bespoke Boutique NZs product for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to copyright laws.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products sold and or the regions to which product may be shipped to.
Every effort has been made to ensure that product descriptions and product images are accurate. However, we can’t guarantee that the product image and colour of the product will display accurately on your computer or monitor.
If you are concerned about how the image is displaying on your computer please feel free to contact us.
If you are Wellington based or in Wellington for a visit we welcome viewings by appointment. In addition we are unable to warrant that all aspects of the product description or other content on the site is totally error free. We will not be liable to any person or organisation for any loss or damage which may arise from any of the information on this website.
Bespoke Boutique NZ will not be liable for any claim, damages, loss or expenses related to the supply of our goods, over and above the original cost of the goods or service itself. In addition Bow Wow Boutique NZ shall not be liable whether in breach of tort, contract or otherwise for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by the purchaser and or any other person, arising directly or indirectly from our goods, or the sale thereof.
